Super accueil et journe mmorable avec ma famille la suite de la location d'une motomarine. Si vous tes novice en la matire, n'hsitez surtout pas demander toutes les informations lies votre location, notamment celles en lien avec la mise l'eau et la navigation. Ils vous pisteront trs bien! J'y retournerai trs certainement!
Nous avons fait la location dun bateau pour un 4h pour 450$, mais lessence nest pas comprise. ela na pas t mentionn sauf sur le site crit en petit au 7e point sur 8. Faire attention...Aussi, notre bateau navait pas dhuile dutout, il sest mis sonner aprs 30 min. Un gars est venu en mettre. On explique cette situation au grant la fin de la journe et il voulait nous faire payer lessence, lorsquon a perdu un beau 30 minutes dattente pour lhuile. Son aire arrogant ne fut pas apprci. Je ne conseil pas cette compagnie.
Not for the American tourist!We were visiting from the states and decided to find a snowmobile rental shop to do on our way to Quebec City. We stumbled upon the English version of this company's website which as it turns out is horribly outdated. We called and made our reservation for 4 snowmobiles. The address on the website has incorrect information but when we finally got there they told us we were too young to rent to since none of us were quite 21 years old (however, on the phone we told them this in advance and they said it wouldn't be an issue). They end up letting us proceed with signing the contracts and were willing to work with us, however the total price was more than double what we saw online. This was because the English site has outdated prices. I would recommend to the owner that they either update their English site or shut the site down since it is the first result for English Google searches and has incorrect information.They also wanted to put a 2500$ hold on our credit card per machine. On the phone they made it sound like the 2500 number was for all 4 machines. We thought this was a high number for the machines.Overall we wasted 3 hours of our day and didn't get to go snowmobiling.
